We are requesting (but not requiring) a $10 donation to enter the car show. This donation will help offset the cost of the car portion of the event. Awards will be presented to the winner of each class.

A leader in the community, SAMA has become the model that other associations strive to be. For the last eight years the Seventh Avenue Merchants Association has worked diligently to improve the overall revitalization of the Melrose District. This includes among other things hosting this annual Street Fair. It is the prime goal of the association to provide a fun, safe, community based event that showcases the good on Seventh Avenue and encourages the city as a whole to view the Melrose District as a safe place to live, shop and play. This year as an added goal SAMA is committed to “bring your business to the street” and to promote not only the Melrose Curve but the importance of shopping local as a whole.

I was referred to the M7 street fair by Shelly Brooks, of Mystic Pieces. I am interested in becoming a vendor at this years fair. I make soldered glass bevel pendants with monograms, peace signs, candy wrappers and other recycled materials, fleur de lis, and much, much more. Each item is hand soldered with a lead-free solder, buffed, polished, and beaded. Please let me know if you are still accepting vendors. Thank you.
